Taking the professional development of building environment and energy application engineering as the research object, combing with the teaching requirements of professional talents in the period of transition, specialty training plan, teaching system, teaching outline and content, practice instruction and the existing problems in the current teaching to the applicative local institutions were elaborated, at the same time, the concrete thought of professional development in the period of transition was put forward.
