高等学校的根本任务是培养人才，教学工作始终是学校的中心工作，而教学管理工作是高等学校各项管理中的重要工作之一，是高校办学思想和办学水平的集中体现，是提高教学质量的基本保障。现对新建本科院校加强教学管理工作，提出几点建议。

The fundamental task for colleges and universities was to train talents, and teaching was the central job in colleges and universities. The teaching management was one of the important jobs in higher education management, the concentrated reflection of the educational thoughts and level, and the basic guarantee of improving the teaching quality. Now some constructive advices to the teaching management of newly-founded four-year colleges were proposed.
