本科生导师制是高校一种新的教育管理模式，是不断提高学生综合素质和实践创新能力的必要举措。因此，针对我国高校本科生导师制的现状和存在的不足，结合对其内涵的深入认识和体会，提出完善本科生导师制的具体措施，对高校教学改革与本科生导师制的顺利实施具有一定的指导意义。

The undergraduate tutorial system was a new educational management model and an important aspect of the credit system for colleges and universities in recent years. It was necessary measure of advancing the students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability for higher education. Therefore, the current situation of undergraduate tutorial system was analyzed and the shortages were found in the system. Based on the experience, the specific measures were proposed after understanding its connotation, which would play an important role in teaching reform and carry out undergraduate tutorial system in the universities.
