新媒体语境下高校和谐舆情对维持高校稳定，更好发挥高校育人和服务社会等功能具有重要意义。梳理了高校舆情研究现状，从舆论学教育学等学科角度，分析高校和谐舆情的内涵及特点，阐述了和谐舆情对高校具体功用和意义，提出了高校和谐舆情的构建径路。

In the context of new media ,the harmonious public opinion environment is important to maintain the stability of colleges and universities ,and to better play the important role of education and social services .This paper reviews the present research of university public opinion .Then ,from the aspects of media education and other disci-plines ,connotation and characteristics of university harmonious public opinion are explained ,its specific function and significance to universities are put forward ,the realizing path is also expounded .
