目的:探讨脾肾合剂对顺铂诱导的SD大鼠胃肠损伤的影响。方法运用尾静脉注射顺铂建立SD大鼠胃肠损伤的模型,动物随机分为对照组、模型组、格拉司琼组、脾肾合剂组,给予相应药物干预,观察大鼠进食量和体重情况,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平,采用免疫组化法检测十二指肠嗜铬细胞5-羟色胺(5-H T )的表达。结果与模型组比较,脾肾合剂组大鼠进食量增加,体重增加,血清 EGF 水平升高(P<0.01),十二指肠嗜铬细胞5-HT 表达下降(P<0.05)。结论脾肾合剂可改善顺铂诱导的SD大鼠胃肠损伤。

목적:탐토비신합제대순박유도적SD대서위장손상적영향。방법운용미정맥주사순박건립SD대서위장손상적모형,동물수궤분위대조조、모형조、격랍사경조、비신합제조,급여상응약물간예,관찰대서진식량화체중정황,채용매련면역법(ELISA)검측혈청표피생장인자(EGF)수평,채용면역조화법검측십이지장기락세포5-간색알(5-H T )적표체。결과여모형조비교,비신합제조대서진식량증가,체중증가,혈청 EGF 수평승고(P<0.01),십이지장기락세포5-HT 표체하강(P<0.05)。결론비신합제가개선순박유도적SD대서위장손상。
Objective To explore the effect of spleen and kidney mixture on cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal injury in SD rats.Methods T he rat model of cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal injury w as established by injecting cisplatin into tail vein of SD rats.Animals were randomly divided into control group ,model group ,granisetron group ,spleen and kidney mixture group.The rats in different groups received the corresponding therapy.The daily food intake and body weight of rats were measured.Serum level of epidermal growth factor(EGF)was examined by enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA).The protein expression of 5-HT in chromaffin cells of duodenum was evalua-ted immunohistochemical method.Results Compared with model group ,daily food intake ,body weight and serum EGF levels were significantly increased in rats of spleen and kidney mixture group (P<0.01).However ,the protein expression of 5-HT in chromaffin cells of duodenum was decreased in rats of spleen and kidney mixture group (P<0.05).Conclusion The spleen and kidney mixture could improve cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal tract injury in SD rats.
