以Ca(NO3)2·4H2 O和P2 O5为前驱体,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用Sol-Gel法制备 HAP纳米材料.通过扫描电镜对 HAP样品的颗粒形貌和粒度尺寸进行表征,并用X衍射分析仪对 HAP样品进行物相分析.对比研究了水浴温度、陈化时间和焙烧温度等因素对 HAP纳米材料性能的影响.得出制备纳米羟基磷灰石材料的最佳工艺条件:水浴温度40℃,陈化时间70 h ,焙烧温度800℃.

Hydroxyapatite nano-materials were prepared through sol-gel ,reactant calcium nitrate (Ca (NO3 )2 · 4H2 O) and phosphorus pentoxide (P2 O5 ) are used as precursor and absolute alcohol are used as solvent .The powder size and morphology were characterized by SEM .The phase analysis was done by XRD .The effect of water bath temperature ,aging time and roast temperature on the property of hydroxyapatite nano-materials were studied .The optimal reaction conditions are as follows :water bath temperature is 40℃ ,aging time is 70h ,roast temperature is 800℃ .
