分析外加电压、染色温度、染色时间及固色时间对电化学无盐染色的影响.实验结果表明,电化学无盐染色在外加电压6V、染色温度45℃、染色时间30min、固色时间30min的最佳工艺条件下棉织物 K/S值为3.985,高于传统染色后棉织物 K/S值3.478,且染色后棉织物的色牢度与传统染色基本一致.
分析外加電壓、染色溫度、染色時間及固色時間對電化學無鹽染色的影響.實驗結果錶明,電化學無鹽染色在外加電壓6V、染色溫度45℃、染色時間30min、固色時間30min的最佳工藝條件下棉織物 K/S值為3.985,高于傳統染色後棉織物 K/S值3.478,且染色後棉織物的色牢度與傳統染色基本一緻.

T he influences of applied voltage ,initial dyeing temperature ,electrolysis time ,fixing time on dyeing results were analyzed .The experiment shows that the K/S value of salt-free electrochemical dye-ing can be reached 3.985 under the optimum process w hich is applied voltage of 6V ,initial dyeing tem-perature of 45℃ ,electrolysis time of 30 min ,fixing time of 30 min .With the electrochemical dyeing , the K/S value (3.985) of salt-free electrochemical dyeing was higher than the K/S value (3.478) of tra-ditional dyeing .Simultaneously the performances of low-salt electrochemical dyeing were similar to tra-ditional dyeing .
