目的:探讨妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的菌种分布及相关研究,为临床诊治妊娠期VVC提供一定的理论依据。方法选取2012年2月至2012年4月在东莞市妇幼保健院门诊就诊的确诊有VVC的孕妇100例为研究组,确诊为非妊娠VVC的妇女100例为对照组,对入选病例阴道分泌物进行假丝酵母菌菌种的鉴定、药敏试验、临床疗效评价对比。结果妊娠期VVC和非妊娠期VVC在菌种的分布上无明显统计学差异(χ2=7.077,P=0.054),但两组VVC在非白假丝酵母菌的分布上显著不同(χ2=6.974,P=0.023);白假丝酵母菌的对克霉唑敏感性明显高于非白假丝酵母菌(Z=-2.212,P=0.027);感染白假丝酵母菌患者的单疗程治愈率明显高于感染非白假丝酵母菌的患者(χ2=12.978,P<0.001)。结论妊娠期和非妊娠期VVC菌种鉴定对妊娠期VVC的诊疗有实际的指导意义。

Objective To discuss the species distribution of VVC during pregnancy, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method 200 cases from February 2012 to April 2012 in our hospital were selected divided into 2 groups: 100 cases of pregnant women diagnosed with VVC as the research group, 100 cases of non-pregnant women diagnosed with VVC as the control group. The vaginal secretions of two groups were conducted candidiasis species identification, susceptibility testing, clinical evaluation and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of species between pregnancy VVC and non-pregnancy VVC(χ2=7.077,P=0.054). there was significant difference in the distribution of non-albicans(χ2=6.974,P=0.023), Candida albicans was more sensitive to clotrimazole than non-albicans (Z=-2.212,P=0.027), patients infected with Candida albicanshad a higher cure rate than patients infected with non-albicans(χ2=12.978,P<0.001). Conclusions The species identification of VVC during pregnancy and VVC during non-pregnancy has practical guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment.
