提出一种新型的放电电极,采用表面滑闪预电离方式,解决脉冲氧碘化学激光器的稳定均匀放电问题.采用该放电电极,对碘甲烷和氮气混合气体进行放电.在放电截面为11 cm ×10cm,腔体压力为2.8~3.3 kPa情况下,得到稳定均匀的辉光放电,电能量注入达4.5 J/L.该放电电极构造新颖,在理论上,该放电电极可以在更大放电截面上取得良好的放电结果.
提齣一種新型的放電電極,採用錶麵滑閃預電離方式,解決脈遲氧碘化學激光器的穩定均勻放電問題.採用該放電電極,對碘甲烷和氮氣混閤氣體進行放電.在放電截麵為11 cm ×10cm,腔體壓力為2.8~3.3 kPa情況下,得到穩定均勻的輝光放電,電能量註入達4.5 J/L.該放電電極構造新穎,在理論上,該放電電極可以在更大放電截麵上取得良好的放電結果.

A novel electrode system with the assistance of sur-face sliding pre-ionization was applied to improve the stability of the glow discharge with large aperture .The pre-ionization unit was symmetrically fixed on the plane of cathode surface . A uniform and stable glow discharge was obtained in the mix-ture of iodide and nitrogen with the specific energy deposition of 4.5 J/L, pressure of 2.8 ~3.3 kPa, aperture size of 11 cm ×10 cm.In theory , the electrode system is applicable in glow discharge with even larger aperture due to its unique pre-ionization structure .
