建设“双师型”教师队伍是地方本科院校应用型人才培养的关键因素。由于教师来源单一，缺乏行业背景，缺乏成熟的评价和激励机制等原因，使得当前新建地方本科“双师型”教师队伍建设存在数量匮乏，实践教学能力不强等问题。有鉴于此，提出学校应该进一步健全机制、推进校企合作、加强师资培训等建设“双师型”队伍的建议。
建設“雙師型”教師隊伍是地方本科院校應用型人纔培養的關鍵因素。由于教師來源單一，缺乏行業揹景，缺乏成熟的評價和激勵機製等原因，使得噹前新建地方本科“雙師型”教師隊伍建設存在數量匱乏，實踐教學能力不彊等問題。有鑒于此，提齣學校應該進一步健全機製、推進校企閤作、加彊師資培訓等建設“雙師型”隊伍的建議。
건설“쌍사형”교사대오시지방본과원교응용형인재배양적관건인소。유우교사래원단일，결핍행업배경，결핍성숙적평개화격려궤제등원인，사득당전신건지방본과“쌍사형”교사대오건설존재수량궤핍，실천교학능력불강등문제。유감우차，제출학교응해진일보건전궤제、추진교기합작、가강사자배훈등건설“쌍사형”대오적건의。
T he construction of"double-type" teacher team s is the key factor of training application-oriented talents in the new ly-built local colleges and universities. D ue to the single source of teachers and the lack of profession background, and im m ature evaluation and incentive m echanism , these colleges and universities face such problem s as lack of double-type teachers and inefficient teaching practice. H ence, the schools should further im prove the m echanism ,prom ote the cooperation betw een the school and enterprises and strengthen the teacher training so as to prom ote the construction of"double-type" teacher team s to a new level.
