基于长江水道各航段的适航特征和沿岸港口间OD集装箱运输需求,构建整数规划模型,以所有集装箱运输总成本最小为目标,优化长江水道上集装箱航线网络,确定各航线靠港、靠泊顺序及所用船舶的类型与数量。优化时,首先确定适合长江航道的主要船型,其次,结合各段航道适航特征,针对可使用的各种船型,设定各航段的通行阻抗函数;然后,设计基于Frank-Wolf法的遗传算法进行求解。优化得到的集装箱航线网络呈现“大船在中间,小船在两边”的形态,与目前遵循的“小船走上游,大船走中下游”的船舶配置原则有所不同。

Based on the seaworthiness characteristics of the waterways and the container OD-flows between the riverside ports on the Yangtze River , this paper aimed to build an inte-ger programming model so as to optimize container liner net-work on the Yangtze River by minimizing the total transport cost.The model can determine the shipping routes , the corre-sponding calling ports , calling sequences , the number and type of the used ships .In order to make the model usable , the paper formulated the waterway ’ s impedance function and designed a genetic algorithm based on Frank-Wolf method.In the optimized network , the big ships are used in the mid-stream of the River while the small ones are adopted on both ends of the River , which differs from the current ship alloca-tion principle of small ones running in the upstream while the big ones running in other segments .
