先秦兵家是春秋战国“诸子百家”的重要流派，其农战思想成为左右诸侯国政治格局的重要力量。它主张大力发展经济，实现国内和谐，从而达到强国强军之目的；在给养供给上主张以战养战；在对待战争的态度上主张积极备战但又要慎战。兵家的思想在在不同的历史时段成就了多方霸主，展示了其实效的魅力，其思想在今天仍具有较强的借鉴意义。
