原发性骨质疏松症是多发于绝经后妇女及老年人的一种全身性的骨骼疾病，治疗方法种类繁多，作用特点也各不相同。目前常用的口服药物存在疗效缓慢，时间长，且有一定副作用的缺陷。本文主要从非药物治疗的角度对脉冲电磁场（ PEMFs）、震动、体外冲击波（ ESW）、低强度脉冲式超声波（ LIPUS）以及营养和运动疗法进行探讨，分析它们的作用机制、临床应用研究新进展，以指导临床更合理地选择治疗方法，并寻找进一步研究方向。

Primary osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disease,mainly in postmenopausal women with menopause and the elderly. There are Various kinds of treatments for osteoporosis,with different roles and characteristics as well. The commonly used oral medications are of slow effect and bring about some side effects as well. This study from the perspectiVe of non-drug treatment inVestigates the pulsed electromagnetic fields ( PEMFs),Vibration,eXtracorporeal shock waVe( ESW),low-intensity pulsed ultrasound( LIPUS),nutrition and eXercise therapy,with their mechanism of action and updated progress in their clinical application comprehensiVely analyzed for more reasonably choosing clinical treatment measures and for deciding the direction of the further research.
