目的:探讨肾透明细胞癌组织和正常组织中表皮生长因子受体( Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor,EGFR)的表达以及19外显子突变的情况。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测38例肾透明细胞癌患者的肿瘤和正常组织中EGFR的表达情况,通过基因测序检测19外显子突变情况。结果:EGFR在肾透明细胞癌阳性表达率为66%(25/38),在肾正常组织中表达为16%(6/38),EGFR在肾癌组织和正常组织中的表达间差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);3例EGFR表达阳性的肾癌病例中出现19外显子第2256位碱基T缺失突变。结论:EGFR在肾癌组织中出现高表达,部分肾癌病例存在19外显子缺失突变,提示EGFR在肿瘤的发生和进展中起着重要作用,同时为临床靶向治疗提供理论依据。

ObjectiVe:To inVestigate the eXpression of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor( EGFR)and its eXon 19 muta-tions situation in renal cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues. Methods:The eXpression of EGFR is assessed by immunohisto-chemical( IHC)S-P method in 38 cases of renal cell carcinoma tumors and normal tissues,and mutations in eXon 19 is detec-ted by gene sequencing. ResuIts:EGFR positiVe eXpression rate in renal cell carcinoma was 66%(25/38)and in renal normal tissues it was 16%(6/38). There was significant difference in EGFR eXpressions between renal cell carcinomas and normal tis-sues( P <0. 05). EXon19 deletion mutation was detected in 3 cases of EGFR positiVe eXpression in renal cell carcinomas. Con-cIusion:EGFR in renal cell carcinoma tissues shows high eXpression,and in some cases of renal cell carcinoma,eXon19 deletion mutation occurs in some cases of renal cell carcinoma,which suggests that EGFR plays an important role in the deVelopment and progression of tumors and proVides a theoretical basis for clinical targeted therapy.
