尤文氏肉瘤是一种原发性的恶性骨肿瘤，多发生于儿童，恶性程度高，病情发展迅速，一般无特异性指征，确诊较为困难。该文通过1例幼儿尤文氏肉瘤骨髓转移的病例阐述以及既往工作经验总结，对尤文氏肉瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断以及如何提高检出率提出自己的见解，以期对该病的临床诊疗有所帮助。

Ewing's sarcoma is a primary malignant bone tumor,it mostly occurs in children,it has a high degree of malignancy.The progression of the disease is rapid and the disease usually has no specific symptom,so the diagno-sis is very difficult.In this article,through the case of children Ewing's sarcoma bone marrow metastases and previous work experience,I hope that this article can be helpful to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma and the detection rate of the disease.
