目的：探讨人工耳蜗植入术围手术期的心理护理方法，以促进患者人工耳蜗植入术前配合及术后听力语言康复，提高生活质量。方法：回顾对35例重度以上感音神经性耳聋患者行人工耳蜗植入术，围手术期有针对性的心理护理干预。结论：围手术期积极有效心理护理干预，可以使患者尽快建立良好的信心，配合治疗，预防和1或减少术后并发症的发生，从而达到满意效果。

Objective:to study the cochlear implantation of perioperative psychological nursing methods, in order to promote cooperation and postoperative hearing before cochlear implantation in patients with language rehabilitation, improve the quality of life. Methods: review, than 35 cases of severe sensorineural deafness patients with artificial cochlear implantation, perioperative psychological nursing intervention targeted. Conclusion:the positive and effective perioperative psychological nursing intervention can make patients establish good faith as soon as possible, cooperate with treatment, prevent and/or reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, so as to achieve satisfactory effect.
