目的：探讨服药的依从性对高血压病患者血压的影响。方法：96例高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例，对两组患者的服药依从率及血压达标率进行对比。结果：观察组患者的服药依从率为91.67%，对照组为58.33%，观察组明显优于常规组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的血压达标率为87.5%，对照组为62.5%，观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在常规护理的基础上给予高血压病患者针对性的服药依从性干预可有效提高血压达标率。

목적：탐토복약적의종성대고혈압병환자혈압적영향。방법：96례고혈압병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각48례，대량조환자적복약의종솔급혈압체표솔진행대비。결과：관찰조환자적복약의종솔위91.67%，대조조위58.33%，관찰조명현우우상규조（P<0.05）；관찰조환자적혈압체표솔위87.5%，대조조위62.5%，관찰조명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：재상규호리적기출상급여고혈압병환자침대성적복약의종성간예가유효제고혈압체표솔。
Objective: To investigate the drug compliance of hypertension patients. Methods: By selecting 96 cases of hypertension patients treated, all the patients are randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 48 patients in each group equally. And the patients' medication adherence rate and blood pressure success rate will be compared. Results: The medication compliance rate of the patients in the observation group is 91.67%, while the control group patients' medication compliance rate is 58.33%. Obviously, the observation group is superior to the conventional group (P<0.05);The blood pressure success rate of the patients in the observation group is 87.5%, and the control group patients' success rate is 62.5%. Apparently, the observation group is better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional nursing for hypertension patients with targeted medi-cation, adherence intervention can effectively improve the success rate of blood pressure. It has a very significant clinic effect, whose application and popularization are recommended.
