目的：观察穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法：门诊治疗耳廓假性囊肿89例，采用穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎。结果：80例一次性痊愈，6例好转，经第二次治疗后痊愈，有效率96.6%，3例无效，仅占3.4%。结论：穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎疗效显著，简便易行，安全经济，患者在门诊治疗即可，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰천자추액가석고고정붕대가압포찰치료이곽가성낭종적료효。방법：문진치료이곽가성낭종89례，채용천자추액가석고고정붕대가압포찰。결과：80례일차성전유，6례호전，경제이차치료후전유，유효솔96.6%，3례무효，부점3.4%。결론：천자추액가석고고정붕대가압포찰료효현저，간편역행，안전경제，환자재문진치료즉가，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage in treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods:89 cases of pseudocyst of auricle were received in clinics, treated by puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage. Results:80 cases were cured at a time;6 cases turned for better and were cured after 2nd treatment, efficacy rate is 96.6%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 3.4% only.Conclusion: Puncture drainage and cast plaster with bondage proves remarkably effective, easy, safe and economical, applicable in clinics without hospitalization, which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
