目的：探讨老年糖尿病的特点。方法：将住院的老年糖尿病患者50例(A组)，与非老年糖尿病患者50例(B组)进行相关资料分析。结果：A组血压、尿蛋白、低血糖、夜间低血糖、心肌缺血、脑梗塞、脂肪肝、眼底损害的发生率明显高于B组，A组糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、入院时的空腹血糖较B组低，参加定期糖尿病教育讲座的A组明显多于B组。结论：老年糖尿病患者易发生高血压和各种并发症，易发生低血糖和夜间无症状的低血糖，但是，老年糖尿病患者能坚持参加糖尿病教育讲座，对治疗的依从性较好，这是老年糖尿病患者的优势，给治疗带来希望。
목적：탐토노년당뇨병적특점。방법：장주원적노년당뇨병환자50례(A조)，여비노년당뇨병환자50례(B조)진행상관자료분석。결과：A조혈압、뇨단백、저혈당、야간저혈당、심기결혈、뇌경새、지방간、안저손해적발생솔명현고우B조，A조당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）、입원시적공복혈당교B조저，삼가정기당뇨병교육강좌적A조명현다우B조。결론：노년당뇨병환자역발생고혈압화각충병발증，역발생저혈당화야간무증상적저혈당，단시，노년당뇨병환자능견지삼가당뇨병교육강좌，대치료적의종성교호，저시노년당뇨병환자적우세，급치료대래희망。
Objective: To investigate the diabetic characteristics of elderly patients Methods: analyzed the associated data of the 50 elderly hospitalized patients with diabetes (group A) and the 50 non-elderly hospitalized patients with diabetes (group B).Results: rate of the urinary protein,hypoglycemia,hypoglycemia at night,myocardial ischemia,cerebral infarction and fatty liver of the group A was obviously higher than that of group B,the HBA1c and the FBG on admission of group A was lower than that of group B ,and the number of the patients of group A who participated in the diabetes educational lecture was obviously bigger than that of group B.Conclusion: hypoglycemia on elderly diabetic patients was easily occurred because of hypertension and many cardiovascular complications, but they persisted in participating in the diabetes educational lecture, and had good compliance to the treatment, this was the advantage of the elderly patients, which brought bright prospect to the treatment.
