试验选用在食用菌培养基中最常见的、不易被杀死的3种菌(大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉菌)作为消毒灭菌试验对象,对过碳酸钠和微波的消毒灭菌效果进行测试。过碳酸钠采用20000、10000、1000、100、50、10mg/L 6种浓度梯度进行试验。试验表明随着过碳酸钠浓度升高3种菌的数量均在减少。大肠埃希菌与黑曲霉菌在浓度为10000 mg/L时全部被杀死,枯草芽孢杆菌在浓度为20000 mg/L时全部被杀死。随着微波时间的增加菌的数量逐渐减少,在微波时间为210 s时黑曲霉菌全部被杀死,240 s时大肠埃希菌全部被杀死,300 s时枯草芽孢杆菌全部被杀死,达到了彻底灭菌的效果。
試驗選用在食用菌培養基中最常見的、不易被殺死的3種菌(大腸埃希菌、枯草芽孢桿菌、黑麯黴菌)作為消毒滅菌試驗對象,對過碳痠鈉和微波的消毒滅菌效果進行測試。過碳痠鈉採用20000、10000、1000、100、50、10mg/L 6種濃度梯度進行試驗。試驗錶明隨著過碳痠鈉濃度升高3種菌的數量均在減少。大腸埃希菌與黑麯黴菌在濃度為10000 mg/L時全部被殺死,枯草芽孢桿菌在濃度為20000 mg/L時全部被殺死。隨著微波時間的增加菌的數量逐漸減少,在微波時間為210 s時黑麯黴菌全部被殺死,240 s時大腸埃希菌全部被殺死,300 s時枯草芽孢桿菌全部被殺死,達到瞭徹底滅菌的效果。
시험선용재식용균배양기중최상견적、불역피살사적3충균(대장애희균、고초아포간균、흑곡매균)작위소독멸균시험대상,대과탄산납화미파적소독멸균효과진행측시。과탄산납채용20000、10000、1000、100、50、10mg/L 6충농도제도진행시험。시험표명수착과탄산납농도승고3충균적수량균재감소。대장애희균여흑곡매균재농도위10000 mg/L시전부피살사,고초아포간균재농도위20000 mg/L시전부피살사。수착미파시간적증가균적수량축점감소,재미파시간위210 s시흑곡매균전부피살사,240 s시대장애희균전부피살사,300 s시고초아포간균전부피살사,체도료철저멸균적효과。
Selected three kinds of bacteria which are most common in mushroom culture medium and are difficult to be killed(E. coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus)as the test object,to test the steril-ization effect of sodium percarbonate and microwave. The sodium percarbonate had the concentration gradient as 20 000,10 000,1 000,100,50,10 mg/L. The experiments showed the amount of three bacteria reduced as the concentration of sodium percarbonate increased. The E. coli and the Aspergil-lus were all killed at the concentration of 10 000 mg/L,the Bacillus subtilis were all killed at the concentration of 20 000 mg/L. As the time of microwave increased,the amount of bacteria reduced, the Aspergillus were all killed at 210 s of microwave,the E. coli were all killed at 240 s of micro-wave,the Bacillus subtilis were all killed at 300 s of microwave,the experiment reached the com-plete sterilization.
