建立一种梯度洗脱反相高效液相色谱(H P LC )-二极管阵列检测器测定糕点中丙酸钙的方法。色谱柱为C18(4.6mm x150mm ,5μm ),流动相为1.5g/L的磷酸氢二铵酸性条件,在不同检测波长下进行检测,能够进行定性和定量的研究。结果表明,丙酸钙的出峰时间约为3.5m i n,样品检出限为0.03g/k g,线性回归方程相关系数r2=0.99990,方法回收率90%-101%。所建立的方法简单快速准确,实用性强。

A method was established to determine calcium propionate in cake by a gradient RP highperformance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) with diode arraydetector. The compound was separated by a C18(4.6mm×150m m , 5μm)column with mobile phase of 1.5g/L acid ammonium phosphate, at different detection wavelength. Its qualitative and quantitative tests in this method have been done The experimental results show that calcium propionate was appeared in 3.5 min ,and the detection limit was 0.03g/kg, and the correlation coefifcient r2 of equation of linear regression was 0.99990,and recoveries were between 90%and 101%.The established method is rapid accurate with good practical application and simple pretreatment.
