本文以四通道原子荧光光度计为基础,详细研究点火炉丝的温度、泵速、溶液的酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、硫脲浓度及还原时间、载气及屏蔽气流量等实验参数对As、Sb、Bi、Hg等元素荧光强度的影响,分析得出原子荧光多元素同测时各参数的设置原则。
本文以四通道原子熒光光度計為基礎,詳細研究點火爐絲的溫度、泵速、溶液的痠度、硼氫化鉀濃度、硫脲濃度及還原時間、載氣及屏蔽氣流量等實驗參數對As、Sb、Bi、Hg等元素熒光彊度的影響,分析得齣原子熒光多元素同測時各參數的設置原則。
본문이사통도원자형광광도계위기출,상세연구점화로사적온도、빙속、용액적산도、붕경화갑농도、류뇨농도급환원시간、재기급병폐기류량등실험삼수대As、Sb、Bi、Hg등원소형광강도적영향,분석득출원자형광다원소동측시각삼수적설치원칙。
In this paper,based on the four-channel non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometer, the inlfuence of the lfuorescence signal intensity of the elements such as arsenic,antimony,bismuth and mercury of experimental conditions that the temperature of the heating wire,pump speed,solution acidity, potassium borohydride concentration,concentration of thiourea and restore time,carrier gas and shielding gas lfow were detailed studied,Through analysis it is concluded that the setting principle of each parameter simultaneous determination of multielement by the atomic fluorescence.
