设计速写是在绘画中以实物为对象进行描绘的艺术方式。它有着快速简捷的特点，可以培养学生的观察力，提高学生的艺术概括力，还可以帮助学生记录生活点滴，捕捉灵感，表达设计的构思和创意，是绘画教学中的重要内容。为提高设计速写课程的教学质量，采用组织的变量与整合方式，对其教学内容进行研究，并予以相应的教学实践。结果表明，这种教学创新能够有效提升学生设计速写的综合能力。

Design sketch trains students’ ability to paint the real object. It is fast and simple. It requires observation generalization ability in art and can help people record the details, capture the expression of ideas and inspiration. The paper applies the organizational variables and integration mode in teaching in order to improve the teaching quality. The result shows that the new teaching mode is effective in improving the comprehensive ability of students through the practice of design sketch of the study.
