目的:探讨速尿对131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌(D T C)效果的影响。方法:将符合入选标准的32例DTC术后患者随机分为速尿组与对照组,速尿组给予131I 0.37Mbq同时口服速尿30mg,每天一次,连用4天,对照组按照常规给予131I 0.37Mbq,两组患者分别于24、48、96h测量摄碘率和计算有效半衰期、24h尿碘量。结果:速尿组用药前、后相比24h测量摄碘率增加(t=3.5,P<0.05),有效半衰期无明显改变(t=0.96,P>0.05),速尿组与对照组24h测量131I摄碘率和24h尿碘排出量比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.79 t=7.2,P<0.05),有效半衰期差异无统计学意义(t=0.78,P>0.05)。结论:速尿能提高D T C患者术后残留甲状腺摄取131I功能,增加病灶辐射吸收剂量,从而对治疗效果有益,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of furosemide for efifcacy of 131I for differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) . Methods: 32 cases of DTC patients matched with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into furosemide group and control group.Patients of furosemide group were given 131I 0.37mbq and oral furosemide 30mg once a day for four days according to the conventional control group given 131I 0.37mbq. Two groups of patients will be measured the rate of iodine intake and calculated the effective half-life and 24-hour urine of iodine every 24,48 and 96 hours. Results:In furosemide group,24-hour rate of iodine intake measurements between before treatment and after treatmemt (t=3.5,P<0.05),while the effective half-life did not change signiifcantly (t=0.96,P>0.05). Compare to control group,24-hour rate of iodine intake and 24-hour excluded volume of urinary iodine of furosemide group had signiifcant difference (t=2.79 t=7.2,P<0.05).while the effective half-life did not change signiifcantly (t=0.78,P>0.05). Conclusion:Furosemide can improve iodine intake function of postoperative residual thyroid of DTC patients,which is beneifcial to treatment effect and clinical promotion.
