为了改变带式输送机传统驱动系统效率低、启动不平稳、重载启动困难等缺点,达到高效、节能、启动平稳、恒转矩控制的目的,永磁直驱系统采用了无齿轮永磁同步变频直驱系统,即驱动系统由永磁同步电机与变频器相结合实现动力的传递。由于去掉了减速器、液力耦合器,因此整个驱动系统具有低噪声、免维护、输出转矩大、启动平稳、恒转矩控制等优点。
為瞭改變帶式輸送機傳統驅動繫統效率低、啟動不平穩、重載啟動睏難等缺點,達到高效、節能、啟動平穩、恆轉矩控製的目的,永磁直驅繫統採用瞭無齒輪永磁同步變頻直驅繫統,即驅動繫統由永磁同步電機與變頻器相結閤實現動力的傳遞。由于去掉瞭減速器、液力耦閤器,因此整箇驅動繫統具有低譟聲、免維護、輸齣轉矩大、啟動平穩、恆轉矩控製等優點。

For solving the problems in the traditional belt conveyor drive system such as low efficiency , unsteady startup , a permanent-magnet direct drive system is developed ,to achieve the purpose of high efficiency ,energy-saving ,stable startup .The permanent-magnet direct drive system using gearless permanent-magnet synchronous frequency conversion drive system composed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a frequency converter can realize the power transmission .Without the gear reducer and hydraulic coupler ,the entire drive system is of the advantages of low noise ,no maintenance ,large output torque ,stable starting , constant torque control and so on .
