LS-BusASCⅡ是一款类似于M odbus-ASCⅡ的串口通讯协议，目前在工控领域的应用还并不多见。基于大流量蠕动泵在化工领域的应用，设计了一套采用LS通信协议的蠕动泵远程控制系统。给出了控制系统的硬件组成，分析总结了LS通信协议的格式和规范，并结合控制系统的功能，使用LabVIEW编写了上位机控制软件。

LS-BusASCⅡ is a serial communication protocol similar to the Modbus-ASCⅡ and is rarely seen in industrial control field . Based on the large flow peristaltic pump used in the chemical industry ,this paper gave a design of the remote control system of a peristaltic pump using LS communication protocol , presented the hardware components of the control system , analyzed and summarized the format and communication protocol specification of LS-BusASCⅡ ,and wrote a PC control software using LabVIEW software on basis of the functions of control system .
