针对目前企业吊装引导轮总成效率低、安全性差等问题,结合引导轮总成的形状、质心分布和装配空间,设计了适用于狭小空间内装配履带引导轮总成的专用吊具。利用ANSYS Workbench对吊具进行有限元分析,缩短了产品开发周期,验证了该吊具的合理性和可靠性。
針對目前企業弔裝引導輪總成效率低、安全性差等問題,結閤引導輪總成的形狀、質心分佈和裝配空間,設計瞭適用于狹小空間內裝配履帶引導輪總成的專用弔具。利用ANSYS Workbench對弔具進行有限元分析,縮短瞭產品開髮週期,驗證瞭該弔具的閤理性和可靠性。

To solve the problems of the low efficiency and poor security in guiding wheel installation ,combined with the shape of the guiding wheel assembly ,as well as its center of mass and assembly space ,a special spreader suitable for crawler guiding wheel assembly is designed . The finite element analysis on the spreader is carried out by use of ANSYS Workbench , the product development cycle is cut down ,and the rationality and reliability of the spreader is verified .
