通过对传统V型镊子的简化模型进行分析,确定传统V型结构不能满足要求的原因。基于柔顺辅助应力卸载原理,对传统V型结构进行改进,提出了新型结构镊子的简化模型,并经理论验证其能够有效解决传统V型结构不能满足要求的问题。

In this paper ,a new type of medical precision tweezers for minimally invasive surgery is designed ,to solve the problems that the clamping force is insufficient and opening gap is narrow in traditional V-shaped tweezers .Firstly ,the simplified model of the traditional V-shaped structure is analyzed ,to determine the reason that the structure of the conventional type can not meet the requirements .Then ,based on the principle of stress relief ,the simplified model of a new structure is proposed ,which can effectively solve the problem of traditional V-shaped structure in theory .
