根据某双馈型机组的主轴及其装配结构特点,将主轴简化为无质量梁单元和集中质量单元的组合,并将结合部轴承支承和齿轮箱分别简化为两对弹簧-阻尼器的组合,基于传递矩阵法构建主轴的动力学模型,分析计算得到主轴的固有频率及振型,并与有限元软件分析结果进行对比。

According to the properties of double-fed turbine mainshaft and assembly structure ,the main shaft was simplified as a combination of massless beam element and lumped mass element ;the junction bearing and gearbox were simplified as a combination of two pairs of spring damper .The dynamic analysis model of main shaft was established by the transfer matrix method .The natural frequency and vibration mode of the main shaft were calculated ,and the results were compared with finite element analysis results .
