利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对高压烧结炉快开结构进行应力计算,并对快开结构进行了非线性接触分析,得到了接触结构详细的应力分布。按照JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》要求对高应力区进行了应力强度评定。评定结果表明其强度满足要求。
利用ANSYS Workbench有限元軟件對高壓燒結爐快開結構進行應力計算,併對快開結構進行瞭非線性接觸分析,得到瞭接觸結構詳細的應力分佈。按照JB4732-1995《鋼製壓力容器-分析設計標準》要求對高應力區進行瞭應力彊度評定。評定結果錶明其彊度滿足要求。
이용ANSYS Workbench유한원연건대고압소결로쾌개결구진행응력계산,병대쾌개결구진행료비선성접촉분석,득도료접촉결구상세적응력분포。안조JB4732-1995《강제압력용기-분석설계표준》요구대고응력구진행료응력강도평정。평정결과표명기강도만족요구。
By use of ANSYS Workbench finite element software ,the stress of quick-opening structure in the high-pressure sintering furnace was calculated ,and the nonlinear contact analysis for the quick-opening structure was achieved ,the stress distribution of contact structure was obtained .The stress intensity on the high stress area was evaluated according to JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Design by Analysis .The evaluation results show that the strength meets the requirements .
