振动对盾构测量系统的影响较大,提出了基于光阑的测量方案对原系统加以改进。鉴于光斑存在随机噪声污染,采用中值滤波技术,有效地降低了其对光斑中心定位的影响。对多种边缘检测算子作了比较研究,并利用其对激光光斑进行边缘检测,实现了聚焦光斑的准确定位。

The shield measurement system can be serious impacted by vibration ,in this paper ,an improved measurement program based on aperture is proposed .Since the presence of random noise in the spot ,the median filtering method is used to effectively reduce the impact of these defects on the spot center location .A comparative study on a variety of edge detection operators on the required accuracy is made .Since the focused spot approximates a circle ,the method of least squares is used to fit the circle .At last , the accurate position of the focused spot is obtained .
