目的:探讨单纯性单脐动脉(ISUA)孕妇胎盘及脐带组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达及意义。方法:ISUA孕妇37例(ISUA组),同期正常孕妇40例(正常对照组),对孕妇娩出的胎盘及新生儿进行称重;采用免疫组化SP法测定ISUA组与正常对照组胎盘及脐带组织中 VEGF、eNOS蛋白的表达。结果:①ISUA组胎盘质量及新生儿体重低于正常对照组(t=13.236和7.892,P<0.001)。②eNOS、VEGF蛋白在胎盘绒毛滋养细胞及血管内皮细胞表达,ISUA组高于正常对照组(t=23.371和12.564,P<0.001)。③eNOS、VEGF蛋白在脐带动脉内皮细胞表达,ISUA组高于正常对照组(t=9.752和17.712,P<0.001)。结论:eNOS、VEGF在ISUA孕妇胎盘和脐带动脉组织中高表达,可能导致ISUA孕妇胎盘循环血氧交换障碍,进而影响胎儿生长发育。

목적:탐토단순성단제동맥(ISUA)잉부태반급제대조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)、일양화담합매(eNOS)적표체급의의。방법:ISUA잉부37례(ISUA조),동기정상잉부40례(정상대조조),대잉부면출적태반급신생인진행칭중;채용면역조화SP법측정ISUA조여정상대조조태반급제대조직중 VEGF、eNOS단백적표체。결과:①ISUA조태반질량급신생인체중저우정상대조조(t=13.236화7.892,P<0.001)。②eNOS、VEGF단백재태반융모자양세포급혈관내피세포표체,ISUA조고우정상대조조(t=23.371화12.564,P<0.001)。③eNOS、VEGF단백재제대동맥내피세포표체,ISUA조고우정상대조조(t=9.752화17.712,P<0.001)。결론:eNOS、VEGF재ISUA잉부태반화제대동맥조직중고표체,가능도치ISUA잉부태반순배혈양교환장애,진이영향태인생장발육。
Aim:To study the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase ( eNOS ) in pregnant women′s placenta and umbilical cord with isolated single umbilical artery ( ISUA) .The expressions of VEGF and eNOS protein were detected .Methods:A total of 37 ISUA pregnancy women and 40 normal pregnancy women were selected .The expressions of VEGF and eNOS proteins were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Weights of placenta and neonatus in two groups were detected ,respectively.Results:The weights of placenta and neonatus were higher in the control group than that in ISUA group (t=13.236 and 7.892,P<0.001).The expressions of VEGF and eNOS proteins were found in cytoplasm of placental chorionictrophoblast cell and vascular endothelial cell and the expression of ISUA group was higher than that in the control group (t=23.371 and 12.564,P<0.001).VEGF and eNOS were expressed in umbilical artery endothelial cell cytoplasm and the expression of ISUA group was higher than the control group(t=9.752 and 17.712,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expressions of VEGF and eNOS in pregnant women′s placenta and umbilical cord are high which demonstrate that blood oxygen exchange obstacle in ISUA placental circulation affects the growth and development of the fetus and placenta .
