目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中转录因子FOXO3a、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)的表达。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测87例ESCC及其远端正常食管黏膜组织中FOXO3a、EGFR、CyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果:FOXO3a 蛋白在 ESCC 组织中的阳性表达率为13.8%,低于正常食管黏膜组织(70.1%;χ2=49.000,P<0.001),FOXO3a蛋白的表达与ESCC的组织学分级有关(P<0.05);EGFR蛋白在ESCC组织中的阳性表达率为64.4%,高于正常食管黏膜组织(10.3%;χ2=45.082,P<0.001),EGFR蛋白的表达与ES-CC的组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.05);CyclinD1蛋白在ESCC组织中的阳性表达率为72.4%,高于正常食管黏膜组织(14.9%;χ2=48.077,P<0.001),CyclinD1蛋白的表达与ESCC的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。 ESCC组织中FOXO3a与EGFR、CyclinD1表达均呈负关联(rp=-0.474和-0.497,P<0.05),EGFR与CyclinD1的表达呈正关联(rp =0.556,P<0.001)。结论:FOXO3a、EGFR、CyclinD1可能在ESCC的发生发展中起重要作用。

목적:검측식관린상세포암(ESCC)조직중전록인자FOXO3a、표피생장인자수체(EGFR)、세포주기단백D1(CyclinD1)적표체。방법:용면역조화SP법검측87례ESCC급기원단정상식관점막조직중FOXO3a、EGFR、CyclinD1단백적표체。결과:FOXO3a 단백재 ESCC 조직중적양성표체솔위13.8%,저우정상식관점막조직(70.1%;χ2=49.000,P<0.001),FOXO3a단백적표체여ESCC적조직학분급유관(P<0.05);EGFR단백재ESCC조직중적양성표체솔위64.4%,고우정상식관점막조직(10.3%;χ2=45.082,P<0.001),EGFR단백적표체여ES-CC적조직학분급、침윤심도、림파결전이화TNM분기유관(P<0.05);CyclinD1단백재ESCC조직중적양성표체솔위72.4%,고우정상식관점막조직(14.9%;χ2=48.077,P<0.001),CyclinD1단백적표체여ESCC적침윤심도급림파결전이유관(P<0.05)。 ESCC조직중FOXO3a여EGFR、CyclinD1표체균정부관련(rp=-0.474화-0.497,P<0.05),EGFR여CyclinD1적표체정정관련(rp =0.556,P<0.001)。결론:FOXO3a、EGFR、CyclinD1가능재ESCC적발생발전중기중요작용。
Aim:To explore the expressions and clinical significance of the transcription factor FOXO 3a, epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),and cyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)tissue.Methods:Immunohis-tochemical SP staining was used to detect the expressions of FOXO 3a,EGFR,and CyclinD1 in 87 cases of ESCC and their corresponding distal normal esophageal mucosa .Results:The positive expression rate of FOXO3a in ESCC tissue was 13.8%,lower than that in normal tissue (70.1%;χ2 =49.000,P<0.001),and the expression of FOXO3a was related with histological grade of ESCC(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of EGFR in ESCC tissue was 64.4%,higher than that in normal tissue(10.3%;χ2 =45.082,P<0.001),and the expression of EGFR was related with histological grade ,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of ESCC (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 in ESCC tissue was 72.4%,higher than that in normal tissue (14.9%;χ2 =48.077,P<0.001),and the expression of CyclinD1 was related with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The expression of FOXO3a was negatively associated with EGFR and CyclinD1(r p =-0.474 and -0.497,P<0.05),and the expression of EGFR was positively associated with that of CyclinD1 in ESCC tissue(rp =0.556,P<0.001).Conclusion:FOXO3a,EGFR,and CyclinD1 may play im-portant roles in the occurrence and development of ESCC .
