目的：研究Narcotrend（NT）监测在手术患者全身麻醉中应用的可行性和优越性。方法选择腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）全麻患者60例，采用抽签的方法将所有患者随机分为NT监测组（N组，n＝30）和常规监测对照组（C组，n＝30）。术中，C组全麻药用量依据患者的血压、心率等生命体征及平时用药经验进行调控；N组全麻药用量依据麻醉趋势指数（NTI）进行调控。记录麻醉时间、手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间及麻醉后监测治疗室（PACU）驻留时间；记录术中全麻药用量和患者围术期相关并发症的发生率。结果与C组比较，N组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间及PACU驻留时间明显缩短（P＜0．05）；全麻药丙泊酚的用量显著减少（P＜0．01）；全麻药咪唑安定、舒芬太尼及罗库溴铵用量差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；围术期相关并发症的发生率差异亦无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论全麻患者使用NT行麻醉深度监测，能减少全麻药用量，缩短苏醒时间，减少PACU驻留时间，加快手术患者全麻后恢复。

목적：연구Narcotrend（NT）감측재수술환자전신마취중응용적가행성화우월성。방법선택복강경담낭절제술（LC）전마환자60례，채용추첨적방법장소유환자수궤분위NT감측조（N조，n＝30）화상규감측대조조（C조，n＝30）。술중，C조전마약용량의거환자적혈압、심솔등생명체정급평시용약경험진행조공；N조전마약용량의거마취추세지수（NTI）진행조공。기록마취시간、수술시간、소성시간、발관시간급마취후감측치료실（PACU）주류시간；기록술중전마약용량화환자위술기상관병발증적발생솔。결과여C조비교，N조환자적소성시간、발관시간급PACU주류시간명현축단（P＜0．05）；전마약병박분적용량현저감소（P＜0．01）；전마약미서안정、서분태니급라고추안용량차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；위술기상관병발증적발생솔차이역무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론전마환자사용NT행마취심도감측，능감소전마약용량，축단소성시간，감소PACU주류시간，가쾌수술환자전마후회복。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and superiority of Narcotrend ( NT) monitoring application in patients with general anesthesia .Methods 60 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) patients with general anesthesia were chosen and randomly divided into a NT surveillance group (group N,n=30)and a regular monitoring control group (group C,n=30).In the course of operation ,the general anesthetics dosage of group C was adjusted and controlled based on patients 'vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate whereas the dosage of groups N was based on the Narcotrend index (NTI).Anesthesia time, operating time,awakening time,extubation time and post-anesthesia care unit(PACU) reside time were recorded.General an-esthetics dosage and patients incidence of related complications were also recorded .Results Compared with group C,the a-wakening time,extubation time and PACU reside time of group N were significantly shortened (P<0.05).The general anes-thetics dosage of propofol decreased significantly (P<0.01).The general anesthetics dosage of midazolam ,sufentanil and rocu-ronium showed no statistical difference (P>0.05).The incidence of related perioperative complications was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with general anesthesia with NT depth monitoring can reduce the dosage of general anesthetics ,shorten recovery time ,reduce the PACU dwell time and speed up the patients recovery after general anesthesia .
