在20℃下研究了盐度0、10、20、30、40和50对天津厚蟹鳃、肝胰脏及肌肉N a+/K+-A T P酶活力的影响。试验结果表明,天津厚蟹鳃中Na+/K+-ATP酶的活力为最高,其次为肝胰脏,肌肉最低,其间显著差异(P<0.05)。在9 d试验中,自然海水对照组(30)及40、50盐度组天津厚蟹鳃Na+/K+-ATP酶的活力一直较稳定,只是40、50盐度组的Na+/K+-ATP酶的活力略高于30盐度组,彼此间差异不显著(P>0.05);其他各组3 h后(20盐度3 h时除外),鳃Na+/K+-ATP 酶的活力与试验开始时相比显著升高( P<0.05),盐度越低,升高越大,其间及与对照组相比差异显著( P<0.05)。第24 h ,0、10、20盐度组鳃Na+/K+-AT P 酶的活力达到最高或次高后,趋于稳定,并一直维持在较高的水平。但肝胰脏和肌肉中Na+/K+-ATP 酶的活力与试验开始时及对照组(30)相比,变化很小(P>0.05)。

재20℃하연구료염도0、10、20、30、40화50대천진후해새、간이장급기육N a+/K+-A T P매활력적영향。시험결과표명,천진후해새중Na+/K+-ATP매적활력위최고,기차위간이장,기육최저,기간현저차이(P<0.05)。재9 d시험중,자연해수대조조(30)급40、50염도조천진후해새Na+/K+-ATP매적활력일직교은정,지시40、50염도조적Na+/K+-ATP매적활력략고우30염도조,피차간차이불현저(P>0.05);기타각조3 h후(20염도3 h시제외),새Na+/K+-ATP 매적활력여시험개시시상비현저승고( P<0.05),염도월저,승고월대,기간급여대조조상비차이현저( P<0.05)。제24 h ,0、10、20염도조새Na+/K+-AT P 매적활력체도최고혹차고후,추우은정,병일직유지재교고적수평。단간이장화기육중Na+/K+-ATP 매적활력여시험개시시급대조조(30)상비,변화흔소(P>0.05)。
The activities of Na+ /K+-ATPase in gill ,hepatopancreas and muscle were determined in mud-flat crab Helice tientsinensis exposed to different salinities (0 ,10 ,20 ,30 ,40 and 50) for 9 days at water temperature of 20 ℃ .The results showed that the order of the activity of the Na + /K+-ATPase in differ-ent organs and tissues was ranged at the same salinity as the following :gill> hepatopancreas> muscle , with significant difference (P<0 .05) .The stable activity of the Na+ /K+-ATPase in gill was observed in 9 day salinity exposure in the control group (30) ,40 ,and 50 groups ,just the latter two being slightly higher than the former ,without significant difference (P>0 .05) .There was significant higher activities of the Na+ /K+-ATPase in gills in other groups except 20 salinity group for 3 h salinity exposure than that at the beginning of the exposure (P<0 .05) ,increase in the activity with increase in salinity ,with signifi-cant difference (P<0 .05) from the control group .In the 24 h salinity exposure ,the maximal activity of the Na+ /K+-ATPase in gill was found in 0 ,10 and 20 groups ,followed by stable ,and then at a high lev-el .But the activity of Na+ /K+-A T Pase in hepatopancreas and muscle in the crab exposed to the salinity for 9 days was kept few change compared with the crab in the control group (P>0 .05) .
