近年来由于人类对自然资源的不合理开发导致泥石流灾害频繁发生,给国家和人民的生命财产安全带来了巨大威胁,因此泥石流灾害防治体系的建设日渐重要。而遥感技术具有图像视域广、信息量大、直观性强、可大面积重复观测以及快速提供动态信息等优势,并可通过多种判读方法发掘信息,与GIS、GPS技术相结合,为泥石流灾害的防治以及灾后重建提供了更为便捷科学的途径。

Recent years,the Debris Flow Disaster occurred frequently because of human’s irrational exploitation of natural resources.It brings tremendous threat for the country and people's lives and property safety.So the construction of the prevention system for debris flow disaster is particularly important.Remote sensing technology has many advantages just like a broad horizon of picture, large amount of information,strongly intuitive,repeated observations of large areas,providing dynamic information quickly and so on.It also can explore information through a variety of interpretation methods and combined with GIS,GPS technology.So remote sensing technology has provided a more convenient and scientiifc way for the prevention of debris lfow and the post-disaster reconstruction.
