目的:探讨术后早期进食护理对促进肝癌患者术后康复的作用。方法选取我院2011年2月至2013年10月收治的60例肝癌患者为研究对象,按术后饮食护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组术后采用常规饮食护理,观察组术后采用早期进食护理,比较两组患者的胃肠功能恢复、营养状态及并发症的情况。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、输液时间、切口愈合时间、普通饮食时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组术后1 d的血浆前白蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后的腹胀、恶心呕吐、感染等并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者术后早期进食能促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症,加快患者康复,是一种可行的饮食护理方案。

목적:탐토술후조기진식호리대촉진간암환자술후강복적작용。방법선취아원2011년2월지2013년10월수치적60례간암환자위연구대상,안술후음식호리방법적불동분위대조조화관찰조각30례,대조조술후채용상규음식호리,관찰조술후채용조기진식호리,비교량조환자적위장공능회복、영양상태급병발증적정황。결과관찰조술후장명음회복시간、항문배기시간、배편시간、수액시간、절구유합시간、보통음식시간、주원시간균명현단우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);관찰조술후1 d적혈장전백단백、백단백급혈홍단백균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조술후적복창、악심구토、감염등병발증발생솔균명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론간암환자술후조기진식능촉진환자위장공능회복,감소술후병발증,가쾌환자강복,시일충가행적음식호리방안。
Objective To explore the early diet nursing to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with liver canc -er.Methods From 2011 February to 2013 October in our hospital 60 patients with liver cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with different postoperative diet nursing care , 30 cases in each group , the control group was given the con-ventional diet nursing , the observation group was given early feeding , other nursing methods were the same , gastrointestinal function recover-y, nutritional status and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time of bowel sound , anal exhaust time , defecation time , transfusion time , wound healing time , the ordinary diet time , hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Plasma prealbumin , albumin and hemoglobin 1d after the operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Abdominal distention , nausea and vomiting , infection and other complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Early diet nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointes-tinal function , reduce the postoperative complications , accelerate rehabilitation;it is a feasible scheme of diet nursing.
