目的：探讨跟进式护理措施对老年脑卒中患者的生活能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2011年8月至2013年9月收治的140例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组各70例。观察组采用跟进式护理措施，对照组采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者的生活能力Barthel指数评分及生活质量各维度评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论跟进式护理可较大程度上改善老年脑卒中患者的生活自理能力，提高患者的生活质量，有利于患者的预后恢复，值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effects of follow -through nursing on living skills and quality of life for elderly pa-tients with stroke ..Methods In our hospital form August 2011 to September 2013 , 140 cases of elderly stroke patients were divided into two groups , including the observation group of 70 cases with follow-through nursing measures and control group of 70 patients were treated with routine care measures .Nursing effects were compared between two groups .Results After treatment , the score of living skills Barthel Index and the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were significantly improved , and difference between the groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Follow -through nursing can largely improve elderly stroke patients with self-care ability, quality of life and help restore the patient's prognosis, it is worth spreading in clinic ..
