目的：探讨循证护理在肿瘤患者化疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年2月至2013年6月收治的260例肿瘤化疗患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各130例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，比较两组患者的心理状态、化疗的毒副反应以及生存质量。结果观察组的社会支持度、自尊水平和希望水平均显著高于对照组，化疗的毒副反应程度显著轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组化疗期间在活动、日常生活、健康等Spitzer生存质量方面的评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理使护理更具有针对性，能够满足肿瘤化疗患者的身心需求，提高患者的希望水平，减轻毒副反应，改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effects of evidence -based nursing in cancer patients during chemothera-py.Methods In our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 June 260 cases of tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group was received routine nursing care , the observation group was used evidence -based nursing , mental state, toxicity and life quality were compared between two groups during chemotherapy.Results Social support, self-esteem and hope in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , the degree of chemotherapy toxicity was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Spitzer life quality scores in the activities , daily life, health during chemotherapy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The evidence-based nursing makes the nursing more targeted , it can meet the mental and physical needs of cancer chemotherapy patients , improve the level of hope and reduce adverse.
