目的:建立参蛇软膏中盐酸小糪碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定参蛇软膏中盐酸小糪碱的含量,Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸(41∶59)(每100 ml加入十二烷基磺酸钠0.02 g)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:室温;进样量:20μl。结果:盐酸小檗碱与其他组分分离良好,在0.0592~0.2960 g·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为99.80%,RSD=0.24%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、专属性强、重复性好,可用于参蛇软膏的含量测定。
目的:建立參蛇軟膏中鹽痠小糪堿的含量測定方法。方法:採用高效液相色譜法測定參蛇軟膏中鹽痠小糪堿的含量,Kromasil C18色譜柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%燐痠(41∶59)(每100 ml加入十二烷基磺痠鈉0.02 g)為流動相;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;檢測波長:320 nm;柱溫:室溫;進樣量:20μl。結果:鹽痠小檗堿與其他組分分離良好,在0.0592~0.2960 g·L-1範圍內線性關繫良好(r=0.9994);平均加樣迴收率為99.80%,RSD=0.24%(n=6)。結論:該方法簡單、專屬性彊、重複性好,可用于參蛇軟膏的含量測定。
목적:건립삼사연고중염산소벽감적함량측정방법。방법:채용고효액상색보법측정삼사연고중염산소벽감적함량,Kromasil C18색보주(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);을정-0.1%린산(41∶59)(매100 ml가입십이완기광산납0.02 g)위류동상;류속:1.0 ml·min-1;검측파장:320 nm;주온:실온;진양량:20μl。결과:염산소벽감여기타조분분리량호,재0.0592~0.2960 g·L-1범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9994);평균가양회수솔위99.80%,RSD=0.24%(n=6)。결론:해방법간단、전속성강、중복성호,가용우삼사연고적함량측정。
Objective:To establish the determination method for berberine hydrochloride in Shenshe ointments. Methods: The quantitative analysis of berberine hydrochloride in Shenshe osintments was carried out by HPLC with a Kromsal C18 chromatographic column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (49∶51) (adding 0. 2g sodium dode-cylsulphate into 100 ml solution) with the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 320nm, the temperature of col-umn was room temperature, and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results: The linear range was 0. 059 2-0. 296 0 g·L-1 with good correlation(r=0. 999 4). The average recovery was 99. 80% and RSD was 0. 24%(n=6). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, specific and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shenshe ointments.
