The IOT ifeld courses set up in the applied electronic technology specialty are an effective way for the specialty to adapt industrial transformation, and to train IOT professional and technical personnel. Taking an on-line water quality monitoring system as a typical case, the constituent elements and learning contents of IOT system were analyzed, and were converted to professional standards for teaching. Based on the standards, the curriculum standards of “work-integrated learning” mode were designed. The construction of personnel training support system in vocational and technical colleges is discussed in the aspects of practical teaching environment and teaching team.
