目的:探讨交互式急救系统在《急救护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法:2013年3~6月采用交互式急救系统对我校876名2011级大专护生进行《急救护理学》实验教学。结果:采用交互式急救系统教学的2011级护生的急救技能考核成绩明显优于未采用该系统教学的887名2009级护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90%以上的护生非常赞同该教学方法,加强了急救知识的理解与应用,提高了临床思维及应急能力,增强了团队协作意识;80%以上的护生非常赞同教学方法,认为提高了急救信心,有利于更快适应今后的急救工作。结论:运用交互式急救系统进行《急救护理学》教学有利于提高护生急救知识及综合能力,但也存在不完善之处,有待继续改进。

목적:탐토교호식급구계통재《급구호이학》교학중적응용효과。방법:2013년3~6월채용교호식급구계통대아교876명2011급대전호생진행《급구호이학》실험교학。결과:채용교호식급구계통교학적2011급호생적급구기능고핵성적명현우우미채용해계통교학적887명2009급호생,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。90%이상적호생비상찬동해교학방법,가강료급구지식적리해여응용,제고료림상사유급응급능력,증강료단대협작의식;80%이상적호생비상찬동교학방법,인위제고료급구신심,유리우경쾌괄응금후적급구공작。결론:운용교호식급구계통진행《급구호이학》교학유리우제고호생급구지식급종합능력,단야존재불완선지처,유대계속개진。
Objective:To explore the effect of used interactive emergency system in the teaching of emergency nursing. Methods:Interactive emergency sys-tem was applied on the teaching of emergency nursing among all the 2011 grade nursing students from March to June in 2013. Results:Compared with the traditional teaching methods (grade 2009),students who adopted the interactive emergency system (grade 2011) got a higher scores on emergency skill ex-amination (P<0. 05). More than 90% of the students agreed that the teaching methods enhanced the understanding and application of knowledge,trained the capabilities of clinical thinking,emergency response and sense of teamwork. More than 80% students strongly agreed that it improved their confidence and would facilitat them to adapt the future work. Conclusion:The practice of interactive emergency system in the teaching of emergency nursing can enhance students′emergency knowledge and mixed ability,nevertheless there are imperfections,should give some continuous improvement.
