目的：探讨应用弹力黏性腹带减轻肠癌术后早期下床活动切口疼痛的效果。方法：将98例肠癌术后患者随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组于手术后24~48 h下床活动时妥善固定引流管后佩戴弹力黏性腹带，运动顺序为床上坐起、床边站立、扶床行走、离床活动；对照组于术后24~48 h妥善固定引流管，下床活动，运动顺序与试验组相同。比较两组患者腹部切口疼痛程度、下床活动维持时间。结果：试验组切口疼痛程度明显轻于对照组；试验组下床活动维持时间明显长于对照组。结论：肠癌术后患者早期下床活动佩戴弹力黏性腹带可明显减轻切口疼痛，延长下床活动维持时间，减少术后并发症，促进身体康复，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토응용탄력점성복대감경장암술후조기하상활동절구동통적효과。방법：장98례장암술후환자수궤등분위시험조화대조조，시험조우수술후24~48 h하상활동시타선고정인류관후패대탄력점성복대，운동순서위상상좌기、상변참립、부상행주、리상활동；대조조우술후24~48 h타선고정인류관，하상활동，운동순서여시험조상동。비교량조환자복부절구동통정도、하상활동유지시간。결과：시험조절구동통정도명현경우대조조；시험조하상활동유지시간명현장우대조조。결론：장암술후환자조기하상활동패대탄력점성복대가명현감경절구동통，연장하상활동유지시간，감소술후병발증，촉진신체강복，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:Discussion the pain effect of elastic viscous binder to reduce colorectal cancer postoperative early ambulation incision. Methods:The postoperative colorectal carcinoma in 98 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,in the experimental group after operation 24-48 h out of bed when properly fixed drainage tube after wearing elastic viscous bellyband,motion sequence to sit on the bed a bedside stand to help a bed to walk away from the bed. The control group at 24-48 h after the operation should be fixed properly drainage tube,direct ambulation,motion sequence is sit on the bed a bedside stand to help a bed to walk off bed activities. Compared two groups of patients with abdominal wound pain,ambulation mainte-nance time. Results:The experimental group wound pain were significantly lighter than the control group. The experimental group activities to maintain time was significantly longer than that of the control group,there were significant differences. Conclusion:Cancer patients with early postoperative ambulation wear elastic viscous binder can obviously reduce the incision pain, prolonged ambulation maintenance time, reduce the postoperative complications, promote physical rehabilitation,it is worth promoting in clinical.
