目的：探讨健康信念模式对PICC置管患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法：选择2009年6月~2010年12月留置PICC的36例患者作为对照组,采用常规健康教育方法；选择2011年1月~2012年6月留置PICC的39例患者作为观察组,在常规健康教育基础上增加健康信念模式教育。比较两组患者置管后1,8,16 d时焦虑、抑郁程度。结果：PICC置管后1 d两组患者焦虑抑郁总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；PICC置管后8,16 d时观察组患者焦虑抑郁总分低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：健康信念教育模式能促进PICC患者采取健康行为,有效减轻了患者焦虑、抑郁程度,有利于患者康复。
목적：탐토건강신념모식대PICC치관환자초필억욱적영향。방법：선택2009년6월~2010년12월류치PICC적36례환자작위대조조,채용상규건강교육방법；선택2011년1월~2012년6월류치PICC적39례환자작위관찰조,재상규건강교육기출상증가건강신념모식교육。비교량조환자치관후1,8,16 d시초필、억욱정도。결과：PICC치관후1 d량조환자초필억욱총분비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；PICC치관후8,16 d시관찰조환자초필억욱총분저우대조조,량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：건강신념교육모식능촉진PICC환자채취건강행위,유효감경료환자초필、억욱정도,유리우환자강복。
Objective:To explore the effect on health belief model of anxiety and depression in patients with PICC tube. Methods:36 patients from June 2009-December 2010 were the control group and they were used conventional methods of health education. 39 patients from January 2011-June 2012 were the observation group received the education of health conviction mode method based on conventional health education. The two groups were compared after catheter 1 d,8 d,16 d of anxiety,depression. Results:After PICC tube 1d two groups of patients with anxiety and depression score comparison was no signifi-cant differences,P>0. 05,after PICC tube 8 d,16 d,two groups of patients with anxiety and depression score comparison,there was significant difference, P<0. 05. Conclusion:Education of health conviction mode can adopt healthy behavior for PICC patients,reduce the degree of depression,anxiety in patients with,conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
