在设备正常运行过程中,利用HY-106C检测仪跟踪烧结上料风机的运行状态。对设备振动进行时域和频谱分析,诊断电机和风机的运行故障,并利用检测仪的现场动平衡功能,对设备不平衡故障进行处理,更加有效利用HY-106C各项功能,以到达发现故障并解决故障的目的。

HY-106C detector was used to track the operation condition of the air blowers for sinter burden charging during normal system operation. Equipment vibration was analyzed in time domain and frequency spectrum to diagnose the operative faults of motors and fans, and using the field dynamic balancing function of the detector to treat the imbalance faults of equipment, thus more effectively utilizing the functions of HY-106C to achieve the goal of discovering and solving system faults.
