Nitrogen purity exceeds the standard during everyday production of oxygen generator using plate-fin heat exchanger process. Through analyzing and concluding, the basic cause of the problem was found to be an internal leakage in the plate-fin heat exchanger. Based on the actual condition of production and equipment, some practical restoration plan for the exchanger was drawn up and carried out, which has achieved good operation effect.
