Danqu lipid-lowering granule%extraction process%orthogonal design%optimization
目的：研究丹曲降脂颗粒提取的优化工艺。方法：采用煎煮法提取，用正交试验设计法对丹曲降脂颗粒的提取工艺进行优化。结果：处方量药材采用煎煮法提取3次，加水量为药材的6倍，每次提取1.5小时为最佳提取工艺。结论：优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证其结果稳定，出膏量高，保证了丹曲降脂颗粒的质量。
目的：研究丹麯降脂顆粒提取的優化工藝。方法：採用煎煮法提取，用正交試驗設計法對丹麯降脂顆粒的提取工藝進行優化。結果：處方量藥材採用煎煮法提取3次，加水量為藥材的6倍，每次提取1.5小時為最佳提取工藝。結論：優選齣的最佳工藝條件經驗證其結果穩定，齣膏量高，保證瞭丹麯降脂顆粒的質量。
목적：연구단곡강지과립제취적우화공예。방법：채용전자법제취，용정교시험설계법대단곡강지과립적제취공예진행우화。결과：처방량약재채용전자법제취3차，가수량위약재적6배，매차제취1.5소시위최가제취공예。결론：우선출적최가공예조건경험증기결과은정，출고량고，보증료단곡강지과립적질량。
Objective:To research the optimization of extraction process for Danqu lipid-lowering granule. Methods:Extracted by decocting method, then used orthogonal test design method to optimize the extraction process of Danqu lipid-lowering granule. Results:The herbs of prescription dose that extracted for 3 times by decocting method, water addition that 6 times of herbs and 1.5 hours of extraction for each time is the best extraction pro-cess. Conclusion:Through verification, the results of the optimum process conditions were stable and high paste volume, which has ensured the quali-ty of Danqu lipid-lowering granule.
