目的:研究丹曲降脂颗粒提取的优化工艺。方法:采用煎煮法提取,用正交试验设计法对丹曲降脂颗粒的提取工艺进行优化。结果:处方量药材采用煎煮法提取3次,加水量为药材的6倍,每次提取1.5小时为最佳提取工艺。结论:优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证其结果稳定,出膏量高,保证了丹曲降脂颗粒的质量。
目的:研究丹麯降脂顆粒提取的優化工藝。方法:採用煎煮法提取,用正交試驗設計法對丹麯降脂顆粒的提取工藝進行優化。結果:處方量藥材採用煎煮法提取3次,加水量為藥材的6倍,每次提取1.5小時為最佳提取工藝。結論:優選齣的最佳工藝條件經驗證其結果穩定,齣膏量高,保證瞭丹麯降脂顆粒的質量。

Objective:To research the optimization of extraction process for Danqu lipid-lowering granule. Methods:Extracted by decocting method, then used orthogonal test design method to optimize the extraction process of Danqu lipid-lowering granule. Results:The herbs of prescription dose that extracted for 3 times by decocting method, water addition that 6 times of herbs and 1.5 hours of extraction for each time is the best extraction pro-cess. Conclusion:Through verification, the results of the optimum process conditions were stable and high paste volume, which has ensured the quali-ty of Danqu lipid-lowering granule.
