目的：观察宫颈注射缩宫素在无痛人工流产中的作用。方法选择早孕≤9w无痛人工流产中的1860例，随机分为观察组和对照组各930例，其中观察组人工流产中立即宫颈注射缩宫素10u，对照组无痛人工流产术中未行宫颈注射缩宫素，对比两组术中子宫收缩情况、术中出血量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组子宫收缩好有效率为98.6%，术中出血量平均为8~12ml；对照组子宫收缩好有效率为86.4%，术中出血量平均为15~30ml。两组比较，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无痛人工流产术中宫颈注射缩宫素，能有效地改善子宫收缩，减少术中出血量。
목적：관찰궁경주사축궁소재무통인공유산중적작용。방법선택조잉≤9w무통인공유산중적1860례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각930례，기중관찰조인공유산중립즉궁경주사축궁소10u，대조조무통인공유산술중미행궁경주사축궁소，대비량조술중자궁수축정황、술중출혈량급병발증발생정황。결과관찰조자궁수축호유효솔위98.6%，술중출혈량평균위8~12ml；대조조자궁수축호유효솔위86.4%，술중출혈량평균위15~30ml。량조비교，차이존재통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론무통인공유산술중궁경주사축궁소，능유효지개선자궁수축，감소술중출혈량。
0bjective To investigate the efficacy of oxytocin by cervical injection in painless arti-ficial abortion.Methods 1860 patients with painless artificial abortion, whose pregnancy≤9 weeks, were choosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group,930 cases for each group. Observation group was immediately received cervical injection of oxytocin 10u and control group wasn’t. The postpartum amount of bleeding and the contraction of two groups were ob-served. Results The ratio of the contraction in observation group was 98.6%, the postpartum amount of bleeding in observation group was 8~12ml. The ratio of the contraction in control group was 86.4%, the postpartum amount of bleeding in control group was 15~30ml. There was significantly difference in two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Oxytocin by cervical injection in pain-less artificial abortion can improve uterine contractions and reduce the postpartum amount of bleeding.
