研究螺旋CT检查肺炎性假瘤的诊断方法及临床应用价值。按照自愿的原则，对收治的70例肺炎性假瘤患者的多层螺旋CT与X线平片等诊断方式进行对比分析，并评估CT 诊断与X线平片的临床效果。70例患者中，螺旋CT诊断准确率为95.71%，较X线平片高出10%，两者存在显著性差异；67例患者被螺旋CT明确诊断了影像学类型、位置及肿块形状。螺旋CT对肺炎性假瘤诊断有一定的误诊率，但是整体诊断效果较好，具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To study clinical application value and diagnosis method of spiral CT in diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor. Methods According to the principle of voluntary,diagnostic methods of 70 cases of patients with inflammatory pseudotumor from 2012 February to 2013 October in our hospi-tal were comparative analyzed,and evaluate clinical effect of CT diagnosis and X ray plain film. Results In 70 patients,the accuracy rate of spiral CT diagnosis was 95.71%,10% higher than X ray plain film. There were no significant differences; 67 cases were diagnosed as symptom types, location and lump shape by spiral CT. Conclusion Spiral CT has certain misdiagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor ,but the overall effect is better, which has important application value.
