目的：观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因在宫腔镜检查中的镇痛效果和安全性。方法125例行宫腔镜检查的患者随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(62例)，术中观察组患者给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因镇痛，对照组患者只给予利多卡因镇痛，比较2组患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果观察组患者的镇痛效果及宫颈口松驰度明显好于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因用于宫腔镜检查镇痛效果较好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰동각산안정삼순연합리다잡인재궁강경검사중적진통효과화안전성。방법125례행궁강경검사적환자수궤분위관찰조(63례)화대조조(62례)，술중관찰조환자급여동각산안정삼순연합리다잡인진통，대조조환자지급여리다잡인진통，비교2조환자적진통효과급불량반응。결과관찰조환자적진통효과급궁경구송치도명현호우대조조(P＜0.05)，량조환자균미견명현불량반응。결론동각산안정삼순연합리다잡인용우궁강경검사진통효과교호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the analgesic effect and safety of ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy.Methods125 cases for hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group(63 cases) and the control group(62 cases). The observation group received ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for analgesic. The control group received lidocaine for analgesic. Analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no signiifcantly adverse reactions of the two groups. ConclusionThe analgesic effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy was well, and it’s worthy to be popularized and applicated in the clinical.
